Finished your dives for the weekend? Leave your gear with the pros at Blue Lagoon, and SGS will handle the rest.

How It Works

Follow these four simple steps to get your gear in the queue:

  1. Create a Service Order: Complete the digital service order below and include a photo of your gear during checkout. Place a note in the checkout whether you wish you gear to be returned at the Blue Lagoon or via FedEx (extra cost). You will receive an Order # immediately, along with a confirmation copy by email.
  2. Tag Your Gear: Use the tags provided at the check-in station. Clearly write your name and Order #, then securely attach the tag to your gear.
  3. Place Gear in a Bin: Place all items to be serviced (regulators, BCDs, etc.) together in one of the designated SGS service bins. Remove accessories such as lights, reels, SMBs, knives, and similar items.
  4. Handover: Give the bin to a Blue Lagoon staff member for safe handling and secure storage.

Service Availability

Service kits are not available for every brand or model year. If your equipment is not from a mainstream brand or if it is an older model, please contact SGS before placing an order so we can confirm parts availability.

What Happens Next?

  • Pickup & Transport: SGS regularly retrieves equipment from Blue Lagoon and transports it to our service facility.
  • Expert Inspection: Once your equipment arrives, a technician performs a preliminary inspection.
  • Direct Contact: If inspection shows that work beyond the required service kits is needed, we will contact you directly to review the findings, estimated work, and any additional parts before proceeding.
  • Precision Service: Your gear is serviced to manufacturer specifications using specialized tools and genuine parts.

Getting Your Gear Back

Once your service is complete, you choose the most convenient way to reunite with your gear:

  • Blue Lagoon Return: We deliver it back to Blue Lagoon for you to pick up.
  • FedEx Direct: We ship your gear directly to your home or office via FedEx for maximum convenience (additional shipping fees apply).
