Delivering Your Equipment to SGS

Drop-Off (Appointment Required)
Drop-off is by appointment only. We will provide the drop-off address and instructions when we confirm your appointment. Do not ship to the drop-off address.

Pickup (Quoted Service)
Pickup is available in our working area as a quoted service. If you want pickup, select the Pickup option at checkout (or request it in your order notes). We will confirm availability and pricing before scheduling.

Ship-In (Customer Ships to SGS)
If you selected “Ship to SGS” at checkout, you are responsible for buying shipping with your preferred carrier and packing your gear safely.

Ship-to address:
Scuba Gear Service
116 W Main
Unit 1767
Trinity, TX. 75862

What to put on the label:

  • Name
  • Your order number (recommended): “Order #1234”
  • Phone number (optional but helpful)

What to include inside the box:

  • A note with: Order #, your name, email, phone, and what you want serviced
  • Any special instructions (approval threshold, return shipping preference, etc.)

Packing checklist (regulators and life-support gear)

  • Cap/plug first stage ports if you have dust caps/plugs. If not, wrap to keep grit out.
  • Protect second stages (wrap in bubble wrap; don’t let them bang against metal parts).
  • Coil hoses loosely (avoid tight kinks).
  • Use a sturdy box with padding so nothing moves when shaken.
  • If you’re shipping computers/lights, protect screens and lenses.

Insurance and tracking

  • Use a service with tracking.
  • Insure the package for a value you’re comfortable replacing (gear replacement cost, not service cost).
  • Keep your receipt until SGS confirms receipt.
