Regulator Service

Upon arrival, your regulator enters our scuba regulator service process, where it is inspected and tested to establish a baseline before any repairs.

After servicing is complete, we perform a post-test and compare those results to the specifications again. We document the post-test results, and you receive a copy of the Repair Report.

Complete annual overhaul for a standard reg set: 1st + primary 2nd + octo, plus SPG spool and inflator QD service.

This is the recommended “annual service” for most divers with a standard regulator setup. We overhaul the 1st stage, the primary 2nd stage, and the octo. We also service the SPG high-pressure spool and the low-pressure inflator quick disconnect.

Overhaul for 1st + primary 2nd + integrated inflator regulator. Parts not included; may require BC involvement.

For divers with an integrated alternate inflator regulator (Air2-style). We overhaul the 1st stage, the primary 2nd stage, and the integrated inflator regulator, and we service the SPG high-pressure spool and low-pressure inflator quick disconnect. Note: the integrated inflator regulator may require the BC to be sent in and serviced at additional cost depending on the configuration.

Overhaul for 1st stage + primary 2nd stage, plus SPG spool and inflator QD service.

A streamlined service option when you are sending only a 1st stage and primary 2nd stage (no octo). We overhaul the 1st stage and primary 2nd stage, and we service the SPG high-pressure spool and low-pressure inflator quick disconnect.

Overhaul for an Air2-style integrated inflator regulator. My require BC service.

Service for an integrated alternate inflator regulator by itself. We overhaul the integrated inflator regulator. Note: this may require the BC to be sent in and serviced at additional cost depending on how the unit is installed and routed.

Service the quick disconnect fitting used with certain air-integrated computers/transmitters.

For regulator setups that use a dedicated quick disconnect associated with certain computer/transmitter configurations. We service the computer quick disconnect fitting.

Flow check + leak testing to assess condition before travel, purchase, or service decisions.

Not ready for a full overhaul, or want a documented condition check first? This package includes flow checking and leak testing to assess performance and identify obvious issues. It’s a practical option for pre-trip confidence checks, post-purchase verification, or deciding whether a full overhaul is warranted.

Parts kits are not included in these packages and will be added if required for your specific make/model.
